           Tim Carthon holds the position of President for Premier Budgeting InternationalT. He also holds the position of Chief Composer/Arranger for PBI's newest music consulting subsidiary, Premier CompositionsT, launched June, 2006.  Mr. Carthon has earned Music Education and Music Performance Degrees from Central State University of Ohio. 

           As PBI's President, Tim Carthon heads Premier Budgeting InternationalT operations in Ohio.  He is synonymous for his brilliant and unorthodox university, high school, and community

credit, budgeting, and wealth workshops. He is the author of two (2) books, one of which is the critically acclaimed "Credit: TOP SECRET - Volume 1".

          As the Chief Composer and Arranger for Premier CompositionsT, Tim Carthon has arranged music for famous artists such as Lyfe Jennings and Kanye West.  He arranged and taught Kanye West's musical piece "Jesus Walks" to the Central State University of Ohio Band for their first movie performance on Dave Chappelle's hit motion picture "Block Party." 

           As a classical performer, Mr. Carthon was the Principal Clarinetist for orchestral performances by the LCII Orchestra and has performed for the Pentecostal Church National Convention at the Cleveland Convention Center and for the Honorable Bishop J. Delano Ellis', National Prelate for the United Pentecostal Churches of Christ.  He has also performed as Principal Clarinetist for two orchestral concerts at the Legendary Severance Hall, Home of the Famed Cleveland Orchestra.  

          A confident, hardworking, creative visionary, Mr. Carthon works well with diverse groups of people and has an extraordinary ability to memorize and help others to do the same.  He has an uncanny ability to systematically create written plans and coordinate massive projects of many different natures.  He is a proud member of Kappa Kappa Psi® N.H.B.F., Inc, Alpha Phi Alpha® Fraternity, Inc., and the Order of Free and Accepted Masons and he continues to classically perform, compose and arrange creative pieces of different musical genres, and financially educate young people all over the Midwest region of the United States.
