WILBERFORCE, OH - October 3, 2006 - Premier Budgeting InternationalT announced that its music consulting subsidiary, Premier Compositions, will be arranging recording artist Lyfe Jennings' positive-hit song, about young ladies protecting their sexual innocence, entitled "S.E.X." for his performance with the Central State University of Ohio Invincible Marching Marauder Band at the 2006 Circle City Classic in Indianapolis, Indiana.   

         Premier Compositions' Chief Music Composer/Arranger Tim Carthon has been assigned the duty of arranging the piece for full band.  "I love composing music, that's for sure," Mr. Carthon stated, "but when I'm asked to write an arrangement and it turns out that the actual song, for which I'm writing the arrangement, talks about protecting young ladies and their innocence, that's something that almost every daughter's father can truly relate to and respect, especially with all the negative songs that unnecessarily degrade women.  Mr. Jennings is a very positive person and Premier Compositions looks forward to doing more projects of this nature with him and others like him."

           The Lyfe Jennings/Central State University of Ohio Invincible Marching Marauder Band performance collaboration is scheduled for Saturday, October 7, 2006.
